Five new traces and new PCBs, plus one bonus project and two updates
Along with our Black Friday sale this year, we’ve got five brand-new traces with tracing journals. Each of these is a never-before-seen schematic, and we have PCBs available so you can build each of them.
There is also a bonus project to make up for the fact that the two Xotic traces have been combined into one PCB, and two updated versions of popular projects that have been out of stock for a few weeks.
Here’s what we’ve got!
Nysiad Germanium – Cornish NG-2
A variable-bias silicon & germanium fuzz designed to emulate “imminent amp death”, the sound of a blown power tube or output transformer right before it all goes up in smoke.

Ascalon – King Tone Octaland
A vintage-flavored octave fuzz based on the Roger Mayer Octavia with an added clean blend and dual-stage tone control.

Xanthus – Xotic Super Clean Buffer & Super Sweet Boost

Taranis – Mr. Black Thunderclaw

Celeritas – Greer Lightspeed
A high-end transparent overdrive with low parts count inspired by the Timmy and Zendrive.
Beta Preamp / SUNN® Beta Lead/Bass
Version 1.2 adds improved power filtering and a “Treble Limit” trimmer to tame potential feedback at high treble settings.
Lumitron – Mu-tron III
Version 1.1 includes updates to improve tracking with mismatched LEDs as well as to prevent oscillation from the envelope detector.
