The Refractor Bypass PCB is a direct replacement for the footswitch board included with the Refractor. It’s available separately in case the included footswitch board is damaged during assembly. It does not have much use other than as a replacement, but we’re offering it separately since the Refractor is one of our most popular projects.
Note that this is only compatible with the current version of the Refractor. The legacy Refractor has its own bypass PCB. This PCB cannot be used to add true-bypass switching to the legacy version.
