Lumberg NEB/J 21 C panel-mount DC jack, the type used in nearly all DIY effects pedals. It takes a standard Boss-style 2.1mm barrel connector. The insulated plastic body is suitable for standard center-negative wiring. It has an internal switch that automatically disconnects the battery lug when no plug is inserted.
Equivalent to Kobiconn 163-4302-E (discontinued from Mouser).
